Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to assist new students with the enrollment process through video meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct video meetings with prospective students to guide them through the enrollment process
• Support the enrollment department in a remote call center environment
• Manage inquiries and provide assistance to new students regarding their enrollment

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
• Experience in an inbound call center is preferred
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the US
• Availability to work Monday through Friday with specified hours
• Must be able to conduct interviews via Zoom
