Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Enroll members in Health Management programs through inbound and outbound calls
• Document recruitment activities and manage case setups in the Aerial platform
• Provide customer service by answering member inquiries and rescheduling appointments

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of general customer service experience
• 6+ months of experience in a call center environment
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for document management
