Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist for a 100% remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support potential patients seeking Substance Use Disorder (SUD) care by answering questions, checking eligibility, and scheduling appointments
• Explain insurance coverage and benefits clearly and compassionately while enrolling new patients
• Serve as a central communication hub for the Care Team, providing administrative and scheduling support

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, including patient support and scheduling
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology, particularly in addiction medicine
• Understanding of insurance enrollment processes and payer/provider terminology
• Comfort using technology and common business tools (Google Workspace, video meetings)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote environment
