Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist (Hourly + Incentive) (1099/Contractor).

Key Responsibilities:

• Articulate the value of Comprehensive Care Management and conduct initial assessments for eligibility
• Explain the benefits of enrolling in services and provide excellent customer service
• Meet or exceed daily enrollment targets while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in customer-facing communications and customer service
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with diverse personas
• Experience presenting information in an engaging and professional manner
• Prior experience using technology for documentation and communication
• Knowledge of or experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
