Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist (Outbound Sales) to engage prospective patients and motivate them to enroll in care management programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective patients, aiming for 10+ enrollments
• Educate patients on program benefits and guide them through the enrollment process
• Document interactions in CRM software and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in telehealth, insurance, or pharmacy services
• Experience in eye care, healthcare, or digital health is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Must have a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office workspace
