Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist, Caregiver Coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to support new enrollments into the Caregiver Coaching program
• Provide program information and educate prospective clients about the services offered
• Perform intake processes and document information while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2+ years of high-volume customer service or inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with data integrity in a regulated environment
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel; experience with Salesforce preferred
• Demonstrated ability to multitask across multiple systems
• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
