Key Responsibilities

• Submit accurate enrollment applications to multiple public and private payers
• Manage enrollments across various states and provider types, ensuring timely follow-up
• Utilize Salesforce for enrollment management and maintain up-to-date provider information

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of credentialing and enrollment experience in behavioral health
• NAMSS enrollment certification is a plus
• Proven experience with enrolling providers in Commercial and Medicaid plans
• Proficient in Google Suite and experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools
