Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to manage the enrollment and credentialing cycle for mental health providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit enrollment applications to public and private payers for various plans
• Manage enrollments across multiple states and provider types, ensuring timely follow-up
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking enrollment metrics and maintain provider information in relevant databases

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of credentialing and enrollment experience in behavioral health
• NAMSS enrollment certification is a plus
• Proven experience with enrolling providers with Commercial and Medicaid plans
• Proficient in Google Suite and experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools
