Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to support patient enrollment and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to introduce services and support prospective patients and caregivers
• Guide patients through the enrollment process, addressing their goals and concerns
• Respond to inbound communications and ensure patients are connected to appropriate team members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of experience in an enrollment, patient outreach, call center, or similar role with high phone volume
• Ability to build trust quickly with both providers and patients, demonstrating empathy and clarity
• Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to managing details and dynamic situations
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and proficiency in tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Suite
• Fully remote position with preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone
