Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist II to join their Vendor Network team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a targeted list of customers for claims payment processing
• Make high volume outbound phone calls and meticulously track the results of each call
• Update and maintain systems with accurate and timely information

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer service role

• Proficient in using systems for tracking and documenting information
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
