Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to facilitate the enrollment process and support families in a virtual school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively recruit prospects and assist families through the application process
• Coordinate and collect post-enrollment data while providing feedback on enrollment status
• Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent with prior sales experience and strong customer service background
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Salesforce
• Knowledge of online student information systems and Time4Learning Homeschool curriculum preferred
• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
