Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist who will engage with eligible members to facilitate their enrollment and setup process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telephonic outreach to educate and enroll members in the health solution
• Utilize motivational interviewing and sales techniques to meet monthly goals
• Provide non-academic education on chronic disease management while adhering to PHI and HIPAA requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume sales within a call center environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Knowledge of chronic disease, behavioral health, and diabetes is highly preferred
• Proficient with technology, including CRM systems and web-based applications
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection
