• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing guidance on enrollment steps
• Engage prospects through various communication channels to qualify interest and support enrollment progression
• Collect and document qualifying information while managing prospect records and maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of consultative sales, recruiting, or customer service experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Self-motivated with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to connect with diverse prospective students
• Passion and enthusiasm for education
