• Manage all areas of enrollment, group information, and respond to inquiries related to member, employer, and eligibility
• Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction through accurate data entry and communication
• Research and resolve issues related to enrollment and eligibility inquiries

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
• Health plan or enrollment experience preferred
• No specific certification or licensure required
