Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to engage with prospective members and facilitate their enrollment in cancer care services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to educate prospective members about services and encourage enrollment
• Document member needs and preferences to ensure tailored support throughout their cancer journey
• Build trusting relationships with members through active listening and empathy during interactions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in sales roles or a recent college graduate with 1+ years in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with healthcare environments or sales experience is a plus
• Comfortable using technology such as Zoom, Google Suite, and Slack
• Ability to work in a private and secure environment to maintain member confidentiality
• Resilient, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic work setting
