Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Enrollment Specialist is a full-time position responsible for customer acquisition and retention by assisting prospective members with qualifying services and solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with external and internal customers professionally and courteously
• Process new member referrals and enter member information into databases
• Escalate member complaints or concerns to senior team members

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Zero (0) plus years of related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in teams
• Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
