Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Enrollment Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for conducting patient outreach, securing enrollments, and ensuring compliance while documenting interactions in real-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective program participants and build rapport with older adults
• Document all required information and follow compliance procedures during and after calls
• Schedule patients' initiating clinical appointments during the outreach call

Required Qualifications

• Proven outbound sales or telephonic outreach experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to engage effectively with older adults, including skeptical or hard-to-reach individuals
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously during live calls
• Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship
