Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support a compassionate cancer care experience, the full-time Enrollment Specialist will engage with prospective members through outbound calls, educate them on services, and facilitate their enrollment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 80-100 outbound calls daily to inform eligible members about Thyme Care's services and support
• Document member needs and preferences to ensure tailored care and build trust through empathetic communication
• Obtain consent, complete enrollment surveys, and escalate urgent member needs as necessary

Required qualifications

• Experience in sales or a fast-paced environment, preferably with a background in healthcare
• Recent college graduates with at least 1 year of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply
• Proficiency with technology tools such as Zoom, Google Suite, and Slack
• Ability to work in a private and secure environment to comply with healthcare privacy laws
• Strong metrics focus with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals
