Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Guiding prospective families through K-12 online schooling options, the full-time Inbound/Outbound Enrollment Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls, assess family needs, recommend suitable programs, and support the enrollment process while meeting performance goals in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and take inbound calls to assist families interested in enrollment
• Develop relationships with parents as an educational advisor, generating interest in various online schooling options
• Close sales by effectively communicating the value of recommended programs and ensuring a positive enrollment experience

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral (equivalent to CEF C1 level or above)
• 18 years or older and residing in an approved state
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours a week, with a reliable home internet connection
• Willingness to complete a CLEAR identity verification as part of the pre-employment screening process
