Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Managing membership records, the full-time contract Enrollment Specialist will maintain data accuracy, respond to work queues, and communicate eligibility information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance of membership records, including data entry into eligibility systems
• Respond to work queues and communicate new membership information to relevant parties
• Access state and government systems to review eligibility status and handle daily pre-processor exceptions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of previous CareSource or managed care experience servicing Medicaid and Medicare preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiarity with the healthcare field, particularly Medicaid and Medicare
• Strong critical listening and decision-making abilities
