Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Enrollment Specialist will manage the enrollment process for Childcare Centers, ensuring operational excellence, data accuracy, and timely communication to support enrollment goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure timely transitions for Enrollment Managers to maintain a smooth enrollment pipeline
• Regularly update Requested Enrollment information to improve forecasting accuracy
• Provide portfolio coverage for Enrollment Managers during absences, ensuring consistent communication with families

Required qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in customer service, data management, or operations support
• Bachelor's Degree or 3 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Proficiency in CRM systems and tools, as well as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
