Job Summary
To support a growing caregiving program, the full-time remote Enrollment Specialist will manage documentation retrieval, ensure timely authorizations, and optimize the customer experience for families entering services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the documentation retrieval process to activate families into Careforth programs efficiently
- Request and collect prior authorization forms from payor sources and case managers, tracking progress to expedite the process
- Perform eligibility and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with documentation standards
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or intake experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Experience with data integrity in a regulated environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with case management systems preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote setting
- Bilingual skills are preferred
