Job Summary

To support a growing caregiving program, the full-time remote Enrollment Specialist will manage documentation retrieval, ensure timely authorizations, and optimize the customer experience for families entering services.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the documentation retrieval process to activate families into Careforth programs efficiently
  • Request and collect prior authorization forms from payor sources and case managers, tracking progress to expedite the process
  • Perform eligibility and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with documentation standards
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service or intake experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Experience with data integrity in a regulated environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with case management systems preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote setting
  • Bilingual skills are preferred
