Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support patient enrollment in chronic care management and remote patient monitoring programs, the remote Enrollment Specialist will manage outbound calls, provide information about programs, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience for prospective patients.

Key responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to patients to explain program benefits and obtain consent for enrollment
• Ensure a complete and effective enrollment process for all prospective patients
• Manage a high open caseload and achieve monthly new enrollee goals while providing exceptional customer service

Required qualifications:

• Experience in patient enrollment or medical sales preferred
• High computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems and portals
• Strong communication skills, with poise and patience when dealing with patients
• Metrics-driven with excellent time management skills
• Engaging personality with a strong desire to connect with patients and demonstrate empathy
