Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a passionate Enrollment Specialist to work full-time remotely, engaging with prospective patients through outbound calls to enroll them in a care management program focused on chronic eye diseases, while achieving enrollment targets and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage potential patients through outbound calls to promote and enroll them in services
• Guide patients through the enrollment process while maintaining accurate records and compliance
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve enrollment goals

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• 2+ years of work experience in eye care or a related field preferred
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred
• Proficient with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with a secure workspace
