Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Enrollment Specialist will manage the configuration of Open Enrollment and New Hire cases, maintain communication with internal teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and configure Open Enrollment and New Hire cases across systems
• Manage Microsoft Bookings, Teams chats, and Outlook calendar entries
• Communicate enrollment details and requirements to Benefit Counselors and internal teams

Required qualifications:

• Minimum High School degree
• Employee benefits or enrollment experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Bookings, and Dynamics
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience coordinating licensed professionals
