Job Summary

To support the growth of student enrolment and customer experience initiatives, the full-time remote Enrollment Specialist will drive enrolment and retention efforts, manage inquiries and registrations, and collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Drive enrolment, retention, and conversion rates across existing and new locations
• Manage inquiries and registrations for the full range of services offered by the organization
• Collaborate on workflow design and optimization to improve business processes and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales, and customer service
• Availability to work one weekend per week
• Strong administrative skills and tech-savviness, particularly with Google Suite
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in client engagement
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
