Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To facilitate the enrollment of insureds in home care and facility services, the part-time hourly Enrollment Specialist will conduct high-volume phone outreach, educate stakeholders on program requirements, and guide them through the enrollment process while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to educate and assist insureds and providers with the EVV enrollment process
• Verify enrollment information for accuracy and completeness, and document all customer interactions in the appropriate systems
• Provide training and guidance on the use of EVV and Facility platforms, ensuring timely completion of enrollment requirements

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn multiple software programs
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy requirements and confidentiality standards
• Ability to meet performance metrics related to call volume and enrollment activation
• Must have a dedicated remote work location and reliable internet connection
