Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a passionate and persuasive Enrollment Specialist, the full-time remote position will engage prospective patients through outbound calls to promote enrollment in care management programs for chronic eye diseases, achieving a minimum of 7 enrollments per day while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with leadership to enhance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage potential patients via outbound calls to promote and enroll them in services
• Guide patients through the enrollment process and maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures
• Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets while tracking and reporting activities to supervisors

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in eye care or a related field preferred
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with reliable internet access
• Strong sales instincts, including persuasion and objection handling
