Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Enrollment Specialist will manage inbound consultations and retention efforts, guiding families to the appropriate debate programs while ensuring a positive enrollment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound consultation bookings and trial-class leads
• Conduct consultation calls to guide parents through class options, pricing, and financial aid
• Manage the enrollment pipeline in the CRM from initial inquiry to completion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven ability to manage client lists and achieve strong sales outcomes
• Strong organizational skills and self-discipline for managing a high-volume inbound pipeline
• Availability for evening and weekend consultations to accommodate families
• Excellent verbal communication skills for direct conversations with parents
