Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Caregiver Coaching program, the full-time Enrollment Specialist will conduct outreach to prospective care recipients and caregivers, evaluate eligibility, collect intake information, and provide guidance on enrollment steps while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive outreach via phone and email to drive new enrollments and follow up on qualified individuals
• Provide program information specific to various health plans and educate potential clients on the value of services
• Perform the intake process, gathering and documenting information while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA requirements

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of high-volume customer service or inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong attention to detail and experience with data integrity in a regulated environment
• Exceptional active listening and communication skills, with a focus on empathy; multilingual skills are a plus
• Demonstrated ability to multitask across multiple systems and quickly learn new processes
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel; experience with Salesforce and case management systems preferred
