Enrollment Specialist
Job Summary
To support the intake and referral process for adults with complex needs, the full-time remote Enrollment Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications with potential patients, families, and healthcare providers while ensuring compassionate access to care during the enrollment process.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and conduct follow-ups with potential patients, families, and social workers
- Review Verification of Benefits (VOB) and communicate coverage details to patients and families
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and coordinate referrals with internal teams
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare-related setting
- Experience in the mental health field is preferred
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems and computer applications
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with empathy and compassion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
