Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support patient enrollment in chronic care management and remote patient monitoring programs, the remote Enrollment Specialist will manage outbound calls to prospective patients, ensuring a seamless enrollment process while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to patients to explain program benefits, financial responsibilities, and obtain consent for enrollment
• Ensure a complete and effective enrollment process for all prospective patients into care monitoring programs
• Manage a high open caseload until the enrollment process is finalized, achieving monthly new enrollee goals

Required qualifications:

• Experience in enrollment or medical sales preferred
• High computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems and portals
• Strong communication skills for engaging with patients over the phone
• Metrics-driven with excellent time management skills
• Empathetic and collaborative team player with a desire to connect with patients
