Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

As the first touchpoint for prospective members, the full-time remote Enrollment Specialist will engage in outbound calls, educate individuals about services, and facilitate their enrollment into a supportive cancer care program while documenting their needs and preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct around 80 outbound calls daily to inform eligible members about Thyme Care's services and support
• Build trusting relationships with members through active listening and empathy to ensure successful enrollment
• Document member needs and preferences accurately to enhance care delivery and follow established policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Experience in sales roles or recent college graduates with 1+ years in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with healthcare environments or sales experience is a plus
• Comfortable with technology, including Zoom, Google Suite, and Slack
• Ability to work in a private, quiet environment to maintain member confidentiality
• Strong metrics focus with a growth mindset, seeking feedback for continuous improvement
