Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Enthusiastic and motivated individuals will find a temporary remote opportunity as an Enrollment Specialist, responsible for providing enrollment assistance, billing support, and issue resolution through various communication channels, including phone and live chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service tailored to each client's needs
• Manage inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Participate in outbound calling campaigns as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer support experience (phone, chat, and/or email)
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Prior remote call center experience preferred
• Strong phone handling and active listening skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
