Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to focus on customer acquisition and retention through outbound calling and assisting clients with installation of devices.

Position Responsibilities

• Call clients to verify referral information and explain services being offered by referring agency
• Research client history and using best practices to enroll/retain potential clients
• Process new client referrals and enter client information into company databases

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of related professional experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
• Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams
