Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist II in Medicare Advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, process, and maintain enrollment and disenrollment requests
• Verify and maintain eligibility requirements and review CMS transactions
• Resolve enrollment system rejections, reconcile membership reports, mentor team members, and collaborate on special projects

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in processing Medicare enrollment transactions
• Thorough understanding of Medicare Advantage products and CMS guidelines
• Experience with CMS interfaces and systems for managing enrollment and billing functions
• High school degree required
• Willingness to learn and ability to adapt quickly to challenging environments
