Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Enrollment Manager to lead a team of Enrollment Specialists and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of remote Enrollment Specialists to enhance customer experiences
  • Train and guide Enrollment Specialists on system or process changes while fostering open communication
  • Analyze feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • 0-1 years of experience in managing and leading remote teams, preferably in a customer service environment
  • Preferred experience in the health insurance industry, specifically in employee benefits
  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Advocacy, Relationship Management, or Account Management is a plus
  • Strong technology skills, including proficiency in CRM software
  • Availability to work on a full-time basis
