Enrollment Specialist Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic Enrollment Specialist Manager, this full-time remote position will oversee a team of Enrollment Specialist Team Leads, driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives to enhance member enrollment in cancer care services.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage, coach, and develop 3-5 Enrollment Specialist Team Leads while being accountable for the performance of 30-50 Enrollment Specialists
• Monitor and revamp enrollment workflows to improve efficiency and address operational bottlenecks
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to analyze performance data and implement new strategies to enhance member enrollment rates

Required qualifications

• Significant experience managing and coaching teams, preferably with experience managing managers
• Proven track record in building and maintaining effective operational processes
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and effective project management
• Ability to navigate and succeed in fast-paced, scaling business environments
• Strong data analysis skills to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities
