Job Summary

Leading a high-performing enrollment team, the full-time remote Enrollment Specialist Team Lead will coach Enrollment Specialists, manage daily operations, and drive patient enrollment efforts while maintaining direct outreach to members.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop a team of Enrollment Specialists to achieve performance targets through regular training and support
• Oversee daily operations, including HR tasks like timecard approvals and ensuring adherence to processes
• Collaborate with other team leads to enhance enrollment processes and address operational challenges to improve conversion rates

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in patient enrollment or a related field with a sales/conversion focus, including 2 years of management experience
• Proficiency with technology, including Zoom, Google Suite, and electronic health records
• Experience using data tools such as Google Sheets or Looker to track performance metrics
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing business needs
