Enrollment Specialist Training Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Enrollment Specialist Training Lead, the successful candidate will manage a team of Training Coordinators, oversee the execution of the Enrollment training program, and lead onboarding initiatives to ensure Enrollment Specialists are well-prepared to deliver exceptional member outreach and enrollment experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of Training Coordinators, overseeing performance management and professional development
• Own the day-to-day execution of the Enrollment training program, ensuring alignment with business needs and effective organization
• Lead onboarding training for new Enrollment Specialists, providing a consistent and high-quality experience that prepares them for their roles

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of education and enablement experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Experience in training and development within healthcare or contact center environments
• Proven ability to deliver or oversee onboarding programs effectively
• Strong organizational and program management skills to handle multiple training initiatives
• Experience using data to analyze and improve learning outcomes
