Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the enrollment team, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards
• Analyze quality and performance data, prepare reports, and communicate with government agencies to resolve enrollment matters
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members, lead projects, and resolve escalated issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 5+ years of experience in credentialing and provider enrollment
• Intermediate proficiency in managing deadlines and shifting priorities
• Intermediate proficiency in credentialing and enrollment software and portals
