Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Outreach Coordinators, ensuring adherence to processes and best practices
• Oversee learner outreach and conversion efforts throughout the enrollment process, providing support and guidance
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and lead projects to enhance enrollment conversion and learner experience

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in enrollment, learner engagement, customer success, sales, or related roles
• 1+ years of experience managing or mentoring team members (preferred)
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of learner interactions while maintaining quality
• Experience using behavioral data or performance metrics to guide outreach strategy
• Familiarity with adult learners or workforce education programs is a plus
