Key Responsibilities:
  • Streamline and standardize enrollment functions in collaboration with various departments
  • Supervise and train a team of staff members to support the enrollment process
  • Maintain team productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in higher education Registrar's office or similar role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM software, Student Information System, and Imaging Software
  • Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed
  • 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, large-volume professional workplace
