Enrollment Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Team Lead (remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily workflow and prepare production reports to meet compliance mandates
• Serve as the primary contact for resolving operational issues related to membership functions
• Lead team development and performance assessments to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of managerial/supervisory experience in a healthcare or enrollment environment
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Bachelor's degree in business management preferred
• 2+ years in enrollment processing or reconciliation preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance regulations, Medicaid, and/or Medicare preferred
