Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Team Lead to guide and support a team of enrollment specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor team and individual KPIs related to call quality, enrollment targets, and conversion rates
  • Conduct regular call monitoring to ensure compliance and provide constructive feedback
  • Hold bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with team members to review performance and discuss development opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Team management experience, including coaching and communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Team Lead in a contact/call center environment
  • Experience within customer services
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and telephony platforms
  • Ability to handle demanding customers and escalations effectively
