Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enrollment Team Lead to guide and support a team of enrollment specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor team and individual KPIs related to call quality, enrollment targets, and conversion rates
- Conduct regular call monitoring to ensure compliance and provide constructive feedback
- Hold bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with team members to review performance and discuss development opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Team management experience, including coaching and communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Team Lead in a contact/call center environment
- Experience within customer services
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and telephony platforms
- Ability to handle demanding customers and escalations effectively
