Enrollment Team Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Team Supervisor, Lienholder.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of lienholder enrollment specialists, setting performance goals and monitoring KPIs
• Ensure timely and accurate onboarding of lienholders, overseeing outbound call campaigns and digital outreach
• Develop and maintain SOPs for lienholder enrollment and collaborate with product and engineering teams for process optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years in lienholder management, vendor enrollment, or financial operations
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong knowledge of ACH/check payment processes and lienholder compliance requirements
• Proficiency in CRM and vendor management systems, preferably Salesforce
