Document issues and solutions for record-keeping and analysis
Adhere to data security policies and support team goals

Required Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of computers, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office
Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software problems
Experience in customer service
Good judgment and logical thinking skills
Availability to work from 10 am to 7 pm
