Key Responsibilities

Support the Data Management Team using various technology platforms
Assist the Account Executive team with technical support related to the benefits administration system
Configure and maintain the benefits administration system for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience required
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with benefits administration systems preferred
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
