Enrollment Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Technician I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Enroll subscribers and dependents, verify enrollment status, and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with the Account Installation team regarding member identification cards and billing processes
• Complete monthly reconciliation processes and ensure all enrollment updates are audited

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Less than one year of experience in membership enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, or data analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to adapt to multiple and rapidly changing priorities
