Enrollment Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Technician I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Enroll subscribers and dependents, verify enrollment status, and resolve discrepancies in membership records
• Coordinate with the Account Installation team regarding member identification card processes and ensure timely processing of group enrollments
• Complete monthly reconciliation processes and address any discrepancies that arise

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• Less than one year of experience in membership enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, or data analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage multiple customer service demands and meet established deadlines
